Mobitel HSDPA help!

Hi,
I am using Dialog HSDPA with E220 modem,
it really sux these days!

So, I wanted to switch to Mobitel 8GB plan,
for that I need to clarify some of my doubts:

1. Can I unlock my E220 and use a Mobitel SIM?
2. Will Mobitel give only SIM? Or do we have to buy a modem from them?
3. How's mobitel's speed? (if you can, post any speedtest results)
