I got plenty of downtime on blue host shared hosting.
but later I updated to shared hosting (cloud performance) account, and now i don't have any downtimes

if you use WP, you must add plugin JET PACK and enable photon option (image CDN).
and add to you site to CloudFlare (it's got a free package), you can save huge bandwidth from this

4GB RAM/1vCore/Space you desire on SSD මේ config එක ඇති

Wordpress optimise කරන්න. Nginx උඩ varnish වගේ cache system එකක් දාන්න. ඒ වගේම CDN එකකට පුළුවන් නම් image ටික push කරන්න. zone දෙකක් වගේ ඇතිවෙයි. එකක් Asian එකක්, අනිත් එක US/UK එකක්. සමහර CDN service තියෙනව දෙකම pull zone කරන්න පුළුවන්. ඒකත් වැඩේ ලේසියි.

අනිත් දේ තමයි DB එක පුළුවන් නම් වෙනම VPS එකකට දාන්න. Disk load වෙන එකකට Wordpress වගේ db reading වෙන එකකුත් වැටුනම පොඩ්ඩක් ස්ලෝ වෙන්න බලනව.
