Like silence, right? In cbr, the same number of bits are assigned to silence, whereas in vbr, it depends on the type of music, and silence always gets lower bits than sound. Quite similar to uncompressed(.wav) and compressed(.flac) lossless formats (not in quality) when assigning bits for silence.

ow. but lossless ewa 22kHz+ yanawa spectral analysis ekak aran balapuwahama. Api bad transcodes adunaganne (lossy to lossy) frequency cut off eka spectrogram ekakin balala ne. Transparent lossy ewa thama hondama. ewage nomal listener kenekta lossy or lossless da kiyala loku wenasak kiyanna ba. CBR 192 and above and VBR V2 and above transparent mp3 widihata ganne.

yes. like in silence. But not limited to silence. What really matter is the amount of unpredictable changes. for example a drum hit. If there are more sharp changes, then there is more information.
FLAC is like zipping a wave file.
