I know personally, my dad got 3 election cards, because he has been living in three different places. There is alot of double counting happening. Election cards should be issued on the basis of the NIC number, and have a way of tracing if a card has been already issued to the specific number already.

From Jaffna and Vavuniya, there was quite a good response in response to the post-war period., only the displaced camps had low turnover.

These statistical measures of the number of voters and rejects cannot be used for direct analysis, they are thoroughly unreliable
