• Sprain in MCI
• Tear of anterior horn and body to posterior horn of medial meristem
• Tear of anterior horn to portion of lateral meristem
• Muscle contusion in popliteus muscle
• soft tissue contusion in medical knee joint area and infrapatellar area
• Synovial cyst

Correction - Sprain in MCL....Medial Knee joint.

How old is the patient? It's not really urgent and there is conservative management. Please get advice from the doctor.
This is cartilage tear.. depending on the severity the doctors will decide Arthroscopy or not.

Visit an Orthopedic surgeon as soon as practicable -
might need suturing of the medial and lateral menisci(done arthroscopically).
worthwhile to have a second look whether the anterior cruciate ligament has gone.
