ms excel data extracting problem

let me know if below thing is possible.

there is a main ms excel sheet and where there are 4 cells to be filled from data collected from another ms excel sheet which has 4 cells filled with data.

this data collection have to be done from multiple times from multiple ms excel sheets to main ms excel sheet.

can we write a macro to do this once we have opened main ms excel sheet and another excel sheet(can have different names time to time, but data filled cells are same always.) at a time.
