Siripala Cooray met with a tragic death just minutes after he was sworn in as a member of the council yesterday.Mr. Cooray was sworn-in for the vacancy created by the demise of M. Soysa who died of natural causes earlier.He was about to enter the chambers of the Municipal Council when he suddenly fell on the floor.  It was later reported that he died of heart attack.Kotte Mayor R.
