every time I start windows and Log-In a box appear in the upper left corner of the
desktop "applying personal settings." It take few seconds and disappear.
This didn't happen to me until l updated to the service pack 3 recently. And after that
my desktop is not responding at all. I can only access programs by clicking start menu.
I can only use the desktop by resetting the process "explorer.exe" then the desktop started to work normally.
Do any one know a solution for this?
I think winlogon.exe has something to do with this.
Thanks in Advance!
