My First EBay Item!

Ok I ordered a gadget (A slave flash) from EBay and selected USPS First Class International and shipping type.

I have a tracking number and it says that mail was received, sorted and sent out from New York.... does it come in a plane or does it come in a sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow ship! I didn't select express though (it was too expensive!)

I also heard that customs might hold it for a looooonng time...

I'm a bit scared! Item + Shipping cost me Rs. 7500/-.... if I get taxed how much will they tax me

Last month It was sent out from USA on the 30th Of August.... how much tax do I have to pay

Its a very small thing... they shipped it as a First Class International letter! So I don't think I will be taxed... its weights less than 100g... and its not in a box!

you'll have to wait for at least a week mate. last time i checked they taxed rs400 for a rs500 item

Ekka mara kathawak ne! I don't think I'll have tax anyway.. I'm still a student and cannot pay big tax for a learning device.... haha

Yep.. From US it will take some time. i'm not sure about the tax thing though.

sometimes it will take 3-4weeks..don't worry about it,
