People are very friendly in Goa frm my exp. Most speak good English & some can speak Portugese cus of the background.

Chennai int arrivals nan mela rahak no cleanliness & maintainance, immigration officers also nt so friendly, departures nan ehema aul big difference frm what I saw
Goa wala uber/tuk tuk nehe. Thiyenne Public Taxi cars. You have to hire them to usually go anywhere around Goa, unless you go by bus or rent a scooter
