My laptop restart Except in safe Mode

i have a toshiba laptop and im using windows 7 64bit.
continously restarting but when in safe mode its not restart
i show it to a technician and he said theres a issue in the fan
i checked for viruses-No viruses found
All drivers are upto date

Also laptop getting hot very quickly once i start.
will it be expensive to replace the fan?

it means theres no issue with the operatiing system
i check for virus too

should be problem with cooling system bro do one thing try to get external cooling pad and use

Thanks guys...I will buy a cooling pad today and c.if not il take to the repair plaec.i have a toshiba laptop.u guys know any best place to take my laptop ?
i take to barclays and they said they cant replace the hardware and ask me to show this to the john keels who were dealing with Toshiba Stuff.
if u guys know any good place let me know

but if theres a cooling system issue.whenever i start the laptop its cool and no heat at all.but still then its restarting withiing 1 minute may be.im soo worried about this shit.i used to go internet in safe mode only.i cant even watch a movie.every thing i have to do in safe mode

@ Gudaya- i have scan my hard drive with eset smart security and theres no virus effected.and also i have tried spybot too.seems like theres no virus issue

Still the same restarting like hell.also laptop is getting heat so quickly
