the GPU you are talking about is really good. but to get the best out of it, you will need matching components to work with it. like CPU, RAM, PSU etc.. you will need a PSU like 600W-750W to make it working. i have 750W.

other than that, it seems to be a good setup.

what is the processor? its code name like core 2 duo E4500 etc ?

if you gonna play games with it ( i believe you are buying it for games) you would need more ram. 4GB will give you good performance. and the ram speed is important too. try to find the highest speed ram that your mobo supports. which is 800Mhz..

you will not be able to run the vga without popper PSU.

well, i assume what you have is a Pentium D processor. you could get a significant performance increase if you can use a good core 2 duo or quad core processor.

the vga will not perform as it should...
