what is the best i can get for RS:35 000/= (cpu,mother board,hard drive,vga,ram,dvd-rw)
just change the VGA from a 8500GT to 9600GT or 9800GT. Check Barclays for Foxconn models. They are dirt cheap!!! 9800GT is ~16000. It rocks for that price!!! But you will have to spend some money on a GOOD PSU. Will cost you over 5000 for a good PSU.

For the motherboard, get the Foxconn G31MK. It's also available at barclays. Only ~5500.

See how things fit your budget.

Get 2GBx2.

Glad you brought this up Gayan.
My current cooling config is like this.

1. 120mm fan at the front, in front of the HDD cage blowing in to the case. Although thr's a solid plastic panel blocking the intake path of this fan.

2. 80mm side fan right next to the VGA, exhausting. I can feel hot air coming out of this.

3. 80mm rear fan blowing in, giving air to the CPU Cooler which also blows to the front of the case.

4. 130mm fan on the bottom of PSU at the top of the case, exhausting.

I think thr's a lot of room for improvement.
a. Remove the front panel to create an air intake path?
b. Make the side fan blow air into the case, directly on to the GTX 295?
c. Reverse both the CPU Cooler and the rear exhaust fan?

The GTX 295 cores run to arnd 88 and 92 C under load. I ordered an EVGA backplate which supposedly takes off arnd 20 C. The GPU cores idle around 80 C. CPU is relatively quite cool. Arnd (50 - 60 C). The motherboard heatpipes get very hot as well.
A penny for your thoughts guys?

wrong setup mate.

u should only exhaust air out of the case from back and/or top.

side fans do not work well with the air flow from front to back, but it will help you keep the VGA cooler. however, it has to be an INTAKE!!!

Indeed!
Side fan should be an intake
Rear fan should be an exhaust (120mm :D).
Front fan is intake : that's ok
CPU fan should blow air to the rear exhaust fan : so you have to hook up the fan on the other side

So relatively cool air will flow through front and side panels and hot air will blow away from rear exhaust fan and from the PSU back grill

Anyway idle temps are pretty high. The casing is too small for such a high-end system..:dull:
set the VGA fan to 100% using EVGA Precision. CPU is around 50-60 under load or idle?
