Nope., if the clock speeds are same.
But overclocking potentials are different, especially if they deviate away from the reference design, and if they equip a non-reference cooler (i.e. a better cooler)

    there was sum tests done usuing the geforce 7800s and Radeon X800 i remember..the FPS deiiferance was about 1-2 frames..thats nuthin..
