There is now a Pub folder in my server, which VIPs will use for uploading. Downloading will be unrestricted, except for the Pub folder which has write-only access. Why? It's simple. First, it enables to check the uploaded files and decide whether they will be made public or not. Second, it prevents users to download incomplete files, or possibly dangerous files.
Well, to resume all this:
* anonymous logins have been disabled
* upload support, but files must first be approved by an admin
* 3 concurrent connections allowed per IP
* upload resuming
* download resuming (but i think you knew that already)
* FXP support

A more understandable explanation about uploads: The Pub folder has write-only access for VIPs, for the reasons explained earlier in this post. Write-only means you won't be able to see your uploaded files after you complete the upload. Don't worry, the files do get uploaded. If you really want to make sure they did, try and upload them again, and you will get a dialog saying the file already exists and prompting you to choose an action. Then just cancel that dialog.
Inform me about the uploads (PM), and we will check them and make them public in their proper categories.
Upload rules (read 6 times):
First of all, DON'T UPLOAD PORN. It's all over the net, it doesn't have to be on my server as well. Save space for better things.
Second, my server isn't a cr**k server. You can upload cr***ed proggies, but not just cr***s.
The third rule is about movies. Movies take a lot of space, so unless they're REALLY good, they will be deleted after one month.
