normally for a 512 kbps connection the speed should reach arnd 60kbps thats the maximum..

Yeah.. But sometimes it goes around 60-80 kbps but its just tempory..

yeh macho quit true this can happen when you download from a internal server which is having a proxy.For internal addresses it by passes the proxy
