this is just a theme. the os should be XP, even not vista. take a look at the task bar. that is not the vista task bar, it looks lite the task bar we can find in "vista transformation pack"s. and there are NO windows 7 builds out yet!! and even people don't know what the hell windows 7 is looks like!!! even guyz at the microsoft maybe don't know it, cos, windows 7 is planned to release in arround 2010!! so the development builds that microsoft engineers have, must be at the earliest age! which means no graphics, just the core. if there is a design for the new window's interface, i bet it will be changed 99.9999999% when the final os is released!!!

well now im using vista ultimate like month and i use my pc to play games,write dvd-cd,browse internet,listen music and blah blah.....

and im very happy with vista
