When I was a student I got huge issue with database backup system with MySQL. Be course most of the database backup system not at the free versions.
So, I developed my own database system called "SCRIPTER" it works with JAVA and MySQL database.
I am happy to say that even my company developers use this little software for there testing units.
SCRIPTER v1.0 READ_ME ENGLISH

Introduction
************
SCRIPTER is a MySQL database synchronization tool.
It generates database backup script file form the database and can be used for restore database backup script files.
It is compatible with any other database synchronizing software application generated database backup script files for restore the database.
Requirements
************
SCRIPTER comes with both WINDOWS environment (.EXE) and any LINUX environment (.JAR) versions.
SCRIPTER is JAVA language based software, so running maching SHOULD have the JAVA RUNTIME ENVIROMENT.
SCRIPTER works with MySQL database server and it is compatible with MySQL 5.x or later versions.
Installation
************
1. SCRIPTER comes with a single folder which included single executable file (.EXE), a .JAR file (fro Linux users) and application recourses included in the ‘lib’ folder.
2. This files and folder embeds the both running program files and the application files.
3. DON'T CHANGE THE FOLDER NAME or INFASTRUCTURE!
4. Open the SCRIPTER.exe or SCRIPTER.jar then you ready to get on with it.
Troubleshooting
***************
Please check JAVA RUNTIME ENVIROMENT (JRE) version of your computer it should be 1.5 or latest.
Please check MySQL version of your computer it should be version 5.x or latest.
Launch SCRIPTER application again and setup with correct database server settings.
