Subtitles are probably not essential if audio is clear enough...
Anyway, focusing solely on Sinhala audience should be perfectly alright for now
For instance most Dhama resources from Mahamevnawa are only in Sinhala...
And, who knows? you might come across volunteers already familiar with putting subtitles...
