Bank app better. Customer care not satisfied.

They released this app from older version, but this new app required me to enter mobile OTP

But all other NTB systems work with both mobile OTP & email OTP.

So my mobile number registered with NTB bank is not working anymore, when I asked NTB to change the mobile number they ask me to come to the branch which I cannot do because I am not in Sri Lanka

So because of this new app, I stopped using NTB as my bank account & started using Sampath bank. As soon as I go back to Sri Lanka I will cancel my NTB account

As you say NTB bank customer care and technical team very crappy. I also experienced authentication issue in new app. Took more than one month to resolved it. But NTB app is very good and easy to use.

This app is the only good thing NTB did in 2022 Using it since it was launched as a separate app before merging it.

After they messed up AMEX by reducing offers and stopping installment plans, this app is the only reason I am still sticking with that bank. I love it and I hope they update Frimi app too as it's been a year or more since the last update. But I might switch to a bigger bank soon who is handling the economic crisis well.

Noticed few bugs here and there, minor ones. Overall good.
