What the fuck are you talking idiot? Are you thinking through your asshole? 100,000 barrels is the daily limit. That doesn't mean they have to send a vessel filled with EXACTLY 100,000 barrels each day. They can send a proper vessel once a few days or weeks, without exceeding the stipulated rate when total barrels are divided by the number of days.

Get your head out of your ass and read how sanctions and limitations work. There are some against North Korea for 500,000 per whole year. Does that mean one carrier with exactly 500,000 comes once a year? Think before asking a question. These kind of questions (including the previous) publicly expose your retardedness.

As for the USD 80, that's the price for crude. Either we can pay for shipping / insurance etc, or even Russia might cover that.

let’s assume tht they deliver de goods in a 100,000 ton tanker then they have to keep de vessel in anchorage for almost 9 days for discharging ne…who’s gonna pay de demurrage charge for all de delay? I dnt think this is a viable solution for de current fuel shortage

If they deliver 100,000 a ton tanker, you can calculate how many barrels that is, and divide by 100,000 to know how many days that is, and then deliver the next 100,000 ton tanker after those number of days are elapsed. (be my guest in that calculation) What the hell is so hard for you here.? Why does anyone have to pay anything for demurrage?
