Why did you went for a CT scan? For ureteric compression if it cause obstruction normally urologist will put a DJ stent depending on extent of the compression. That's not a definitive treatment. It would prevent further kidney damage by reliving obstruction. So the problem is not with the ureters noh? Problem is with the pelvic vicera causing the obstruction. Normally they wouldn't cause an obstruction to ureters.
