I need a big help as my wife is two weeks pregnant and it is not planned also we have one year child and we can't manage this, if any one know a good doctor who can help us please share contact details.

Don't even think about it.
You can manage... I know a few of my friends who had similar experiences. It's not difficult to bring up two. OTOH it's much easier later on. None of them ever regretted having both. Consider this as a blessing.
