hmm,if they marked as gift u must pay taxes machan.did u insured it?otherwise there is no guarantee there,if the 4n has been stolen,u get nothing for ur $400.
anyhow,.it will take 20-45 days to arrive to sri lanka.probably it will take long under weather conditions.its not airmail ne.so...u hav to wait.....its da hardest thing to do.i kno.. LOL

ooh.i c.its ok.but its better if u insured the item.u hav to pay extra $7 (for $400) for insurance to the shipping company and it covers ur item ne.i told u abut dis fyi,not to frighten u. dnt worry,it'll cm 2 da postal hq in cmb.u hav to collect it frm there after payin taxes.dnt 4gt 2bring dat piece f paper(it will be given to u by ur postmaster,in ur area,cmin 2 u by post) else u dnt get it. he heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
