Actually, the score I got was pretty much the maximum achievable (maybe 1 or 2 points more, if you REEEEAAAALLLLLLYYY try).

The max speed of the car is 199MPH and there are only 4 check points. You can use NOS only thrice. Theoretical maximum is 796

I've had enough! This damn thing doesn't reach 200MPH+ even if I hit the NOS at 199MPH :S

Yeah well.. your speedometer changes almost instantaneously, once you've passed the check point your "Check Point Speed" will remain on the screen for a while!!

Holy smoke! I reached 204MPH on this car!!! Already was travelling at 201MPH, and hit the NOS with couple of seconds to the checkpoint, and 204MPH!!!
