Pls let me know the compatibility of setting up " Oracle 11g.2.0.1.0 for Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) with Windows Server 2012 R2 Stranded " as I am in a problem with do the same due to receiving error msg before installing & after .

Pls refer the attached errors too.
