Need Help......Core 2 Quad

Guys,

I am hoping to buy a Core 2 Quad 2.33 or 2.66 by next week....i currently have a Foxconn G31 board....one of my friends said tht the processor will not perform that much as expected because of the G31 board....

Please guys give ur views on this...coz im little bit concerned abt buyin a core 2 quad.....

yes but the better option is G33 or P35 probably P35 for low budget!

ya P35 nam aulak ne mage yaluwek gaawa thiyenawa elata weda... Don't worry G31 support Quads but performance is mainly depends on PSU machan bcos of the Wattage

As said by others G33 or upwards would be better. But That does not mean you cannot use with the G31. You system will be faster than before.

Better go with Q8300 Processor price is same as Q8200 (2.4Ghz). PM for better price. Even Q9550 will be available by next week.
