Maybe. Some clicks pay a lot. Even if not the usual procedure is asking friends, family, relatives, neighbours, pets, strangers bla bla to click on ads, so they all cud add up with a lot of money, sort of like stolen money. So a lot of ppl do this make $$$, which most of the time end up in Google's huge bank account, so dont try this at home, if you want to do permanent bizz with Google Inc.

Anyway I have seen a lot of accounts getting banned when they reach payout limits.
