What are the things that one should learn if he want to create a web site like Elakiri? I'm new to web development but someday I like to create a site like this. Can you guys give me some details pls.

simple ---> first buy a domain with File Manager (ftp) - go to www.vbulletin.com

buy that software and Learn how play with it (play means learn )

find software’s that Compatible with vbulletin - play with them and make a cool website

4 popular find Original artist video songs and post it – share with your friends

Automatically site will popular ---> create a board Humor ---> post it then more popular...>

give some admin mod Positions 2 your friends done

now you created a site like elakiri I mean www.nera.com ( The largest nera online community )
