Need help in a motherboard problem!

I need to buy a motherboard. It has to support 3 DDR1 (2x256MB + 1x512MB) RAMS with 400Mhz
I have a Intel 2.8Ghz processor as well. So i need a motherboard which meets all the requirements to fix these in! Preferably with at least 2 or 3 years warranty.
Tell me what should i buy... PLZ HELP!

macho try karoth hoyaganda bari kamak ne. not sure. habai 3 RAMs gahanda slots nathi wei. maximum 2 slots thami enne. Ekath board eken board ekata change wenawa. anika DDR 1 gahanda board hoyanda mara amarui. habai PC chips board ekak thiyanawa. eka podak try karala balanda.
