Need Help in Bluetooth...

Hay guys i hav a Nokia 5610 XpressMusic 4n.
bluetooth bought a new bluetooth device and its not working properly...
when i connect the blurtooth device with the 4n it will disconnects after 30 seconds...
bt when i connecte with a difrent 4n it works perfectly......

need 2 no is ther is a problem with a phone or the bluetooth device.....
or how can i correct it.........
