Need help on ORACLE certification information...

I need information about a place to study Oracle examinations, OCA & OCP.

I came recently to SL & need to know whether the momentum is towards Oracle or SQL Server in the industry.

Can someone plz proved details or at least a BUMP, Do appreciate in advance..
