The hard disk is damaged. Replace it.

meekath kamathinum karala balathahaki. Hiren's Boot CD eka download karala CD ekakata write karagena eeken boot karanna. eeta passe eeke thiyana Hard Disk tools pavichchi karala balanna hard ekata mokak hari deyak karanna puluvan da kiyala. ehema naththum Linux Live CD ekakin try karala balanna.

sorry mates,
if you have to spend money to fix your laptop ofcourse you have to spend that. if it is a harddisk replacement, obviously you will have to buy it, so nothing much we can do about it,

for latest models of laptops, you can invoke the inbuilt restore partition by pressing Fn+F10 at the startup (different key combinations for different models)

to detect SATA HDD automaticaly for windows instalation goto CMOS SETUP and chagne the SATA option to "competibility" from the advance settings menu and F10 to save and exit (you owe me $100 for advice already lol )

if you use the restore cd you dont have to do cmos setup
if restore cd fails that means your HDD is faulty, remove it and replace with a new one and use your restore cd
