need help to find administrator password for win xp

hi guys...
im living in u.k and i got a old pc with win xp from a friend..but its password protected(windows password protected) and when i ask from my friend he told he cannot remember..is there anyway to recover the password?
please help since he did not give me any installation cds for windows....

Ane pala nikan boru add daanne nethuwa. Hariyata nikan Xp dakalane wage kathawa.

boot the PC with knoppix (no need to install), take sam file (c:\windows\system32\config\) and system file (c:\windows\system32), download saminside software, upload sam file & system file & process.... time taking to find the password depends with password u used.

press
Ctrl+Alt+Del
When the dialog box open....
Tipe Administrator fr the Name
then press Enter
