As far as i know, Limewire is the way to do it!

If u give ur IP, we can type it in a box and will be able to access ur files!

It can directly send files of upto 2 GB to a particular IP Address . The speed goes upto 2 MB/s . I got a speed of 1 MB/s sharing a 700 MB file with my friend .
