need help..............Vista

i installed vista twice to C & D......then i format the D drive....but now when the the computer start it ask about which operating system to run..so i need to remove that....i don't know how to do that ..........please help me to do this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

on ur HD C: there is a file called boot.ini find it then you can edit[remove one path]
its a hidden sys file then u need to show sys file from "folder option" in order to show sys file
