need help with overclocking

i need to overclock my pc but i dnt knw how to........



this is my configuration

Intel 35DP M/B
intel quad core 2.4ghz
4 x 1GB 667ghz
2 x 500GB Samsung Sata Hard drives
1 x 250GB Samsung Sata Hard Disk
Inno 3D nvidia 8600GT 512MB DDR2 Vga
Windows VISTA ultimate SP 1

pls guys help me i want to do this
coz im not happy with current performance
