If you have lot of time, then first focus on your area of expertise because you already know things and it can be easy to start from there

Or if you think its not going to work
1 research and choose one area where you wanna invest
2 consult with friends and family
3 Try to find a person who does that and get his advice be upfront say you are going to start doing this thing. Some will help some wont but hey you dont have to loose anything

When you decide one what you wanna do
    1 stick with it
    2 work hard on it

If its a new thing please go into it with an open mind because the initial stages are going to be your learning curve and make adjustments on your plan for losses

but once you get past the learning curve and got hold of what you do its going to be rewarding this

WORK HARD thats the only MANTRA !

My idea and current workflow I am a remote dev apart from my work I hired a dev and forwarded Upwork projects to him and then realized PHP projects arent paying well and difficult to deal with indian competition. Made adjustments (switched to mobile app developments) and now for the past 6 months sailing smooth :)

Wish you good luck brother :)

    thnx bokka. I pm'ed u
