Need Legal Advice

I need to take legal action agains a private university.
i was enrolled at a private university for 4 years for a degree. the graduation was held last december which i was not eligible because of not facing an exam which they said they will arrange special exams and in the end they didnt. the dean of the faculty said i will be able to do the missing exam within next 3 months and obtain a transcript which i needed to provide to a foreignn university to do my masters. so i did the exam on march and after releasing results, i went get a transcript and thrse ppl say they cannot issue a transcript untill the graduation which will be held at the end of this year. they lied,cheated and wasted my money and time twise.
so can anyone explain whether i can take legal actions against this? if i can wha kind of lawyer i should contact for legal advice?
can i use something called demand letter to inform the university that im going to take legal actions?

You don’t send a demand letter stating that you are going to sue them. It’s to ask money that someone is owing. Your case should be looked with the regulations of your university. Therefore you should meet a lawyer with all the relevant documents on your hand. If they have the immunity to decide issuance of the transcript after a resit you can do nothing. So whether er you have or have not a case cannot be guaranteed without the docs.

I can say you a Dumb idiot, you did a mistake and now asking to take legal action against the university, what type of guy your???

If the university is offering international uni degree they cannot put exams that the days they want... Paying money means not doing things for money...

If the university is offering international uni degree they cannot put exams that the days they want... Paying money means not doing things for money...

this is not about not facing an exam. I was told i could get a transcript once i completed all requirements of the course that i do not have to wait until graduation by the dean of the faculty and now they say a different story

if your results are out they must issue a transcript upon your request . if not report to your university soon as possible ,coping to your MD as well . That will hit them so badly. if your paid on time , if you have the final result sheet . if you have the bills your paid . your ok , first go to the MD and tell the issue , if he is not ready to cooperate , if its under University Grants Commission report to them , if its registered under BOI you can report to them . if not your can do a police entry .

if not just scold them like hell in the office that other children can listen. coz you paid already completed the degree.

even if you completed partially they must issue transcript upon your request. Be the beast bro you educated your self for money . If you can record all the shit to video and send to university they will be more pissed

Only thing I can say as a lawyer is, you can institute a legal action only if you have the proofs (documents in written, recorded audio video clips etc). Otherwise that will be a waste of time & money with a weak case!
