From the facts the civilians heard during recent past, it was assumed that literacy of a significant number of parliamentarians is at a lower level. It would be nice, if someone could publish their educational qualifications, if they don't mind. However, it was felt that the country needs development of expert committees for advising the parliamentarians and policy development. (This is not a political talk. Please don't misunderstand. And this is constructive criticism)
