hi machan, hope you've already found what you're looking for.
but if you haven't check out redhat fundamentals at edx.org and on kubernetes
both are free and very easy to follow along

Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Fundamentals of Containers, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift

I think it depends on the course and who the provider is according to this:
    https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/open-edx-learner-guide/en/latest/OpenSFD_certificates.html

I did the redhat one back in 2018 and can't seem to find a record of it in the profile so not sure if they store course completions for a prolonged period of time
why not go for rhcsa if you're looking for a cert in linux?
