install the torrent software ( utorrent is preferable )

set port forwarding settings on the router for the port used in the torrent software.

open up the desired port in the firewall.

then open the the torrent file using the torrent software..

then u r done...

its downloading....

Jus go to a site like www.thepiratebay.org www.isohunt.com www.torrentspy.org www.demonoid.com etc a whole lot,(all here r public sites)
and search for the torrent u need.
