i really dont know if international or foreign driving license holders have to go through the exam or trial.

but the standard procedure of getting a driving license from Wereahara is as follows :

    1) they only take in 600 people a day. so you have to go there early to get into that 600. and they start there services at 9.00am i think.

    2) you have to bring a medical report or you can get one inside, which costs 500/= but they only issue 60 medicals a day.

    3) then you have to get a number and wait until that is called.

    4) then goes the filling forms and taking photos etc. etc.

    5) they give you a date for the exam date which is after 2 weeks of the date of registration. and a trial date that is 3 months ahead of the date of registration.

6)after 2 weeks you go write the exam, which is very easy.

7)after writing the exam you can get the results after few hours.

8)next week you have to go get the L plates.

9)after another like 2 1/2 months you can go to the trial.
