Do someone have watch a movie called "Bye Bye Lights in china" . According to my memory the little is correct. It was about a small boy who has electric power in his hand. It happen due to an alien visit to the earth, when day he was born.

This movie was broadcast by SLRC on a Sunday long time ago.

Its little bit older film. Which I was watched in year 1991 I think. If there someone who had watched that movie, and you find it?
