Need to update my PC

Hi everyone,
i'm very new to this site.I'm hoping to buy a new PC.
In following my requirments is shown.I have problem with the processor,motherbord and the VGA card.Early i hope to buy a intel core 2 quad 2.4Ghz 8mb motherbord,but now it's not selling in sri lanka.And i want to know is Asus P5q Pro motherbord is good or bad?
Processor : Intel Core 2 Quad 2.33 GHz 4MB 1333
Motherboard : Asus P5q Pro
VGA card : 512MB Geforce 9800GT PCI Express

And another thing i want to know about you people,about the VGA card that i choosen.Is it a correct choice.As my budeget i cann'ot go more.
And the last thing, where the best place to buy those parts? Hope to buy from unity.

ITs a good config, 9800GT is enough for any current game and will be good enough for another year or so, Processor is good enough for at least two years, 4GB of Ram is more than enough for current games and general Applications, but you can always get another 4GB for dirt cheap prices any time. now go get it, dont forget to buy a nice cooler, I can Recommend Xigmatek HDT S1283, But you will have to Import it.
