In fact, the availability of RTM-version means that work on the long-awaited operating system is fully completed and the major manufacturers (such as Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Acer) are able to install a new Windows OS on desktops, laptops and netbuki. The spread of English-language versions of operating systems and versions in other national languages among manufacturers of computers is scheduled for 24 and 28 July respectively.
In early August, access to the operating system will have software and equipment recorded at sites in Microsoft Connect and MSDN. A little later, in August and early September, Windows 7 will be available for large corporate clients and members of various affiliate programs. Ordinary users will have to wait until October 22, exactly on this day the product will appear in the consumer market.
