Nestle to reduce milk powder prices in Sri Lanka

Nestle Lanka Limited, one of the main milk food suppliers in Sri Lanka today announced that they will reduce the price of a 400g milk powder packet with effect from next Monday.

The Nestle Lanka Limited has taken this decision this evening as they have promised the Minister of Consumer Affairs to reduce the price of milk powder by December 15th.

According to the new prices 400g milk powder packet of Nespray will be Rs 260 from December 15th.

During a special meeting held last month all the milk powder manufactures and importers promised the Minister to reduce the prices of milk powder by December 15th.
