If nothing works for you try this.
Reset the WAP. Connect a computer directly to the WAP (using a LAN cable)
Make sure that this computer is able to assign an IP to the WAP. You can use in-built ICS in Win7 or use a program like TinyDHCP easily.
Find out the IP address assigned to the WAP. Use arp- a from a command prompt. (Verify with the printed MAC address of the WAP)
Now log-in to the web configurator using this address and configure the WAP.
Probably allocate a static address to the WAP so that you won't have this issue again.

Yes, this should work too. Earlier I told you the way to do it quite independently not using your network at all. This WAP will work as long as it can fetch a DHCP address or you insert a valid static IP to it.
