Windows නම් cmd ඒකේ ipconfig /all බලන්න. virtual network interface ඒකක් install වෙලා ඇති.

Assume your device is 192.168.1.3 (LiteonTe_[last bit of ethernet address overwritten!] )... but not giving the full picture makes it hard.

So it's "Polish Orange". I'd say it's more likely that you are using a peer to peer network &/or a VPN and that it's "leaking" arps.

Or could a phone on the network or any of a number of other things, like the provider network leaking an arp -
JuniperN is likely JuniperNetworks so that could be your provider's router (depends what the topology is) leaking to your side.
Or it could be even a case of possible Arp cache poisoning. Anything is possible with M$hit & Windoze.

ඕක arp request එකක්. අපි network එකට ඉස්සෙල්ලම connect වුනාම arp broadcast එකක් යවල ip to mac relationship එක හදාගන්නවා.

JuniperN කියන්නෙත් ඔයාගේ LAN එකේ තියෙන device එකක් . arp broadcast කරද්දී LAN එකේ හැමෝටම ඒ request එක receive වෙනවා. pcap file එක expand කරලා බැලුවොත් JuniperN ගේ mac / ip details බලාගන්න පුළුවන්
