I haven't got a clue on a ZTE -F660, as I don't come across home devices that much.
However, can you check whether there's a setting under Network named WMM. If this is ON then disable it and try. Usually 802.11n class and ac class has this enabled as default.

I could not find a setting to disable WMM but I tried every options in WMM including BK (background)
    Still not connecting.

Is there an option to take the device off n & ac wireless types? Then WMM disable option might be available. Idea is to test whether WMM is playing up. It's very much a possibility.

Yes bro, I found that WMM thing under the QoS Type.
So I disabled the Qos Type but it wasn't any solution for the problem.

I also tried many ways but still no.I have understood that the trouble will solve if I use a wifi extender,I read it in the web somewhere.I orderd one extender and waiting to check.

That sounds ok.. Then you connect to the extender. Did you try setting up the 2.4G channel with a separate SSID as well?

Not worked bro, I used my Wifi extender TP RE305.
But the problem is exists yet. I dunno what to do for this sh*t.

My smart house is dull without these configurations.

Does the ZTE system logs show anything? Any clues why the device isn't getting connected? (if a log does exist..;))

    I will check that too.

However, the ZTE router was assigned an IP address for that Tuya device. That means it already communicated with the router but not came the feedback to the mobile APP tru the router.

    here is the process,

App --> Router SSID --> Tuya device --> Tuya cloud via APP --> router --> App
    Forward Message
